Orbit strabismus
Dynamic high resolution MRI of the orbit in healthy subjects and patients with strabismus
The long-term goal of the current project is to better understand ocular misalignment and thus to improve its surgical treatment. With the help of fast and high resolution dynamic MR images from the orbit this goal should be achived.
The use of the kt-BLAST technique allow to shorten the acquisition time without disrupting the image quality.
Motion encoding techniques, like "tagging", reveal the inhomogeneous deformation within homogeneous orbital tissues.
